Visiting our Clients in their own homes means you’ll have a flexible work life that has never been so rewarding. You can make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable members of your community, giving them the support they need to live independently in their own homes. If you have cared for a relative, you may have gained valuable skills that can be incorporated into a career in care. We provide in-house training for those that have no formal experience and will support you through all stages of your training.

  • A genuine desire to be kind and help others and make a difference
  • Ability to work some evenings and weekends and to occasionally step in at short notice to cover sickness and absence
We offer an excellent selection of benefits for our staff, putting you in an ideal place to advance your career and enhance your abilities. After we have interviewed you and received references we will arrange for you to shadow an experienced staff member. This will give you hands on experience of the role before you start.
